Trading Terms

Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and is not a fixed price unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

We will seek your approval before carrying out additional work that is not covered by an agreed estimate, where reasonably practicable.

Diagnosis and repair work may reveal further faults or parts requirements that were not apparent before work began. We will explain any material change to the expected work or cost.

We may use suitable replacement parts, including original equipment, aftermarket or reconditioned parts, as agreed with you or where appropriate for the repair.

Parts availability and delivery times are outside our control and may affect completion times.

Payment is due when the work is completed or as otherwise agreed. We may require a deposit or payment for ordered parts before work begins.

Vehicles may be retained until all amounts due for authorised work have been paid, subject to applicable law.

Recovery and roadside assistance are subject to vehicle condition, location, access, safety considerations and availability. We will confirm the scope and expected charges before attending where possible.

Please collect your vehicle promptly once we notify you that it is ready. Storage charges may apply where a vehicle is left with us beyond a reasonable collection period, provided we have notified you in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
